AUTUMNAL TRANSITION

This blog is a blog I'm sure your gonna see popping up on your favourite bloggers pages  for the next couple of weeks. This is all about that dreaded transition from summer to winter. This is know as Autumn. Most people are a hater of this stage of the year , but me, i embrace it as its finally the run up to my favourite season, winter. All the cool shit happens this time of year , Halloween , my birthday and CHRISTMAS :) :) 

As I'm very pale , usually the colour palette suits my complexion so much better. Mustard's, wine, browns and Burgundy's are all complimentary to my skin tone. As a matter of fact most of these colours suit all skin types. Being the little weird, goth girl that i am autumn is unreal for me ....... i get to layer shit ! The outfit i gonna show you today is just to show how you can take a summer dress and make it suitable for these coming months.

Hat: The hat was already blogged about in my NYC haul. When in New York i tired my hardest to think of the coming winter months. I seen this in Urban Outfitters and the colour grabbed me straight away . It was priced at $16 and absolutely perfect for winter and my skin colour haha.

Deep v shirt: The thing i have on underneath my coat is actually a deep v blouse from Nine crows. Its was extremely deep and as I'm very body conscious when it comes to my chest area i decided to pin it together and make it a dress. I think it looks great and it is still possible to use as a blouse as i only used safety pins. It was 28e which isn't bad at all , as Ur guaranteed no one else will have the same thing.

Coat: This was one of the autumn pieces i modelled for work. This colour is frickin key when it comes to autumn. I liked the coat so much that i purchased it . It was 35e and from penneys. I must insist though, I'm really let down by quality as one of the buttons has fell off already. I do prefer a darker colour for me in winter but i just loved this on.

Boots :

Ok people , i know many of you hate the pointed boots. But they are sucha key shape for this winter. You can see the shape throughout the high street. Again these are something i wore in the fashion show for work and fell in love with and had to purchase. They were only 19e and due to the shape been huge right now , they're a steal. Anyone that knows me knows i prefer black ( which the are available in) but i opted for brown instead as i have so many black boots.

So i haven't blogged in quiet a bit , but I'm not making excuses i really haven't had the time . Recently i have been super busy in work and last weekend when i was suppose to blog i was working. The reason i was in work was because i was taking part in a fashion . I work in Penneys ( Primark ) and this year we decided to hold a fashion show in conjunction with Dublin fashion week. I had an absolute ball, but my blogging has suffered due to it.

This is an OOTD blog that i literally shot really quickly today. It features a lot of Black as I'm back in the ' i wanna be a witch' phase haha. It features my beautiful new topshop boots and sheer black vintage shirt from Nine Crows.  

Shirt: Ok, for awhile i fell a bit outta love with Nine Crows. I just hate that everyone and there ma seems to be a Nine Crows shopper lately . But as i realised that i am a true vintage shopper i shouldn't give up something i love just cause its cool at the mo. As i stated above I'm back very much into black and being a witch . When i walked into Nine Crows last week boom i was hit with this SHEER SHIRT THAT WAS SENT FOR THE WITCHY HEAVENS. It just seems that they are catering to all my needs right now and that's a good thing. This cost 28e which is an absolute steal as it can be worn as a dress or with high waisted jeans and a crop top . Two outfits for the price of one gurls :)

Boots: Like these boots are fucking REDICK , the witchest boots in the land. They were a whooping 110e but soooooo worth it. Even the wicked witch of the west wants these boots, but she wont be getting her hands on them. I do not regret buying these at all. I believe they are a huge investment and i will get use of them for winters to come.

Coat : This i picked up in Forever 21. It was 43e and the fit is perfect. I got this to replace a beloved black coat i got in Topshop many years ago. The Topshop one is on its last legs and needed to be binned . This was an excellent replacement and purchased right on time for winter :)

Make up :

Do you ever just have a fuckin amazing make up day ..... well today was that day and i think Ive reached me quota for the year with this one. I feel like all my make up blended perfectly and looked super smooth. I used my new lipstick by M.A.C , its called Fresh Moroccan. I have been looking for a burnt orangey with a hint of brown lipstick and this was the closet i could get. If anyone has any ideas of what M.A.C lipstick sounds like what i have stated above can you please let me know on here or instagram .
